Return Policy

If you would like to return your purchased item then you can send it back to us for a full refundwithin 14 days, provided it has not been used or damage or marked due to fake tan, makeup etc. and is returned in original packaging with tags still attached.

We do not offer free returns or prepaid postage at the moment. Please send your item together with return packaging sheet and if you have lost the sheet then lease send the item with the note stating your Full Name, Address and description of the item as it will help us to locate your order and avoid any delays to the refund.

Once we received the return item, we will send you the confirmation email for safe receipt of your return but we highly recommend you get the tracking number of your return item as we will be not liable for any item lost in post returning to us.

Please note: Unfortunately, we don’t accept return of swimwear, underwear, pierced jewellery, items that are sealed for hygiene reasons.

Any refunds will be refunded to the same payment method you used when you placed the order.

If your order was paid part or in full by a gift card, the refund will be issued as a gift card up to the value of the gift card you used.

We try and process all returns as quickly as possible for you to get your refund, but please give us 7 days to process your return. You should receive a confirmation email when this is done. After this, it may take up to another 7 days for the money to get back to your payment method, as this depends on the banks' processes.

At certain times of the year, the process time will be longer, like around Christmas and public holidays.

Faulty Items

If youreceive the faulty item or incorrect item, please contact us on with the product image, your order no, full name and address to initiate the return and once your return approves, we will send you the free return label to return the item.
